What do we do?
Nothing. Our job is to take care of the work and leave you to relax and enjoy the evening. After your initial consultation with the chef your work is done.
How does it work?
It’s simple. First we talk with you and get an idea of how you would like the evening to proceed. Then we discuss your individual likes and dislikes and devise the general theme of the menu.
The day of the job we do our shopping to find the freshest, most inspiring ingredients available. Then we finalize the menu and start the pre-preparations off site. About an hour before your meal we arrive and finish our final preparations and set the table. At mealtime the beverages are served followed by the first course, the second course, main and then dessert. When the meal is finished, your table is cleared, the dishes are washed, and your kitchen is left spotless.
Do we pick the menu?
What we do is work together to decide a theme for the menu. If you have a special request for a type fish or vegetable we will do our best to find it, however when working exclusively with fresh ingredients nothing can be guaranteed.
What about our children?
As a father I realize that simplicity is the key to making the little ones happy. We are happy to customize a menu fit to your child’s likes and dislikes while keeping the emphasis on fresh and healthy. We can feed the children before your meal or serve their food with your first course.
Why wouldn’t I just go to a restaurant?
We bring the restaurant to you. Imagine walking into a restaurant where you are the only clients, the menu is customized to your liking, and you never had to leave the comfort of your home.
What about variety?
We’re happy to offer a sushi feast on Monday, Mediterranean on Tuesday, Indian on Wednesday, etc…
Do you accept credit cards?
Unfortunately, no. However we are happy to accept payment via wire transfer, traveler’s check, or cash.
